Our quality and regulatory affairs teams are responsible for keeping abreast of new, changing and existing regulatory requirements. They lead the development and implementation of a global vision for regulatory affairs, government relations, quality management and market access, to influence strategic and operational plans.

As our QA Training Specialist, you will be responsible for administration of Global Quality Systems and Enterprise Training in Hologic’s Learning Management System. Your passion for excellence will enable you to extract system metrics, reporting, and coordinate with local Subject Matter Experts. 

What to expect:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Oversee global administration and usage of the Hologic LMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality systems requirements. Manage metrics, process controls, and change controls.
  • Compliance & Validation: Maintain compliance with Quality Systems Management requirements and support software upgrades by ensuring proper validation review.
  • Training Content Management: Assign, maintain, and upload approved global training materials into the LMS system, ensuring alignment with corporate, site, and divisional training matrices in accordance with record retention policies.
  • System & Documentation Maintenance: Develop, improve, and maintain system procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and permissions/access controls based on training completion. Review documents for correct format, content, and revisions.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly training compliance reports, improve reporting processes, and support the communication of quality systems Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Issue Resolution: Address LMS-related issues logged via the ticketing system, resolve corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and manage non-conformances (NCs).
  • Audit Support: Provide support for internal and external audits related to LMS systems and processes.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements for LMS systems, procedures, and workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate across businesses and functional teams to ensure effective system usage and training delivery.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually as needed.

What We Expect:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

3 years’ experience with LMS systems and/or system administration preferred

3 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems preferred

Exceptional communication skills

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects on time

Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS systems preferred, but not essential
